The process of booking of a villa /apt occurs as follows:
Аfter the client defines a certain villa/apt we book the property and and make proforma invoice to the client.
The owner takes the property off the market for a few days until he receives a payment confirmation.
For booking we take 50% of whole payment amount. Another 50% should be paid 2 months before arrival.
As soon as we receive the payment from the client we provide a bank confirmation.

The cancellation policy is as follows:
50% - deposit – not refundable
Cancellation during the 8 week period a proportion of the balance will be kept
- 5-7 weeks before planned arrival 60%
- 4 weeks before planned arrival 70%
- 2-3 weeks before planned arrival 90%
- Within 7 days before planned arrival 100%
